Summary
Effective July 1, 2011, Illinois All Kids program income limit changed to 300% of Federal Poverty Level and no new Premium Level 3-8 cases will be approved after June 30, 2011. Existing Premium Level 3-8 children remain covered until July 1, 2012 if they meet eligibility requirements.
Action Required
By July 1, 2011: Billing team must verify All Kids participant eligibility before rendering services using MEDI Internet Site, AVRS (1-800-842-1461), or REV System. Update intake procedures to reflect new 300% Federal Poverty Level income limit. Stop processing new Premium Level 3-8 applications after June 30, 2011.
