Summary
Illinois will no longer issue paper warrants for vouchers under $5.00 - providers must enroll in Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to receive these small payments. The Illinois Office of the Comptroller system will reject vouchers under $5.00 from vendors not enrolled in EFT.
Action Required
Immediately: Illinois providers must contact the Illinois Office of the Comptroller Electronic Commerce at (217) 557-0930 to enroll in EFT if they want to receive payments under $5.00. Without EFT enrollment, vouchers under $5.00 will be rejected by the IOC Commercial system.
