Summary
Pharmacies dispensing blood clotting factors must sign and submit a revised Standards of Care Agreement (SOCA) by April 1, 2013. Claims for blood factor services will be rejected if the new SOCA is not on file with the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services.

By April 1, 2013: Participating pharmacies dispensing blood clotting factors must download, sign, and mail the revised Standards of Care Agreement (SOCA) to Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services, Bureau of Pharmacy Services, 607 East Adams Street, 4th Floor, Springfield, Illinois 62701. Failure to have the new SOCA on file will result in claim rejections with message 'Standards of Care Agreement not on File'.
