Summary
Illinois has corrected the RY 2014 Medicaid Percentage Adjustment (MPA) and Medicaid High Volume Adjustment (MHVA) rates that were previously posted with an incorrect inflation percentage, resulting in rates that were lower than they should have been. Qualifying hospitals can now access updated determination letters with the corrected higher rates.

Immediately: Qualifying Illinois hospitals should access the updated MPA and MHVA determination letters on the HFS Hospital Disproportionate Share and Supplemental Payment Determinations web page to obtain the corrected higher rates.
