Action Required

Action needed
Within 20 business days of service: Ambulance providers must enter all hospital discharge transports into First Transit's PassPORT system, even without MCA forms. At dispatch: Ask hospitals if MCA form is completed before dispatching. If no MCA received at transport: Contact hospital immediately to request completion and submission to both provider and First Transit. Contact First Transit at 1-877-725-0569 for questions.
