Summary
The Illinois Department of Health and Family Services is processing copayment adjustments for All Kids Share and All Kids Assist participants for services from 2012-2013. Providers who collected copayments must refund the adjustment amounts to patients.

When copayment adjustments are received (identified by reason codes 3535, 3223, or 8730 on remittance advice): Billing team must review original claims and refund adjustment amounts to patients if copayments were collected. No action required if copayments were not collected from patients.
