These adults must meet functional screening requirements and complete form HFS 3654 to be eligible for LTSS, though failure to submit the form only affects LTSS eligibility, not general ACA Adult program eligibility.
Action Required
Immediately: Billing team must verify eligibility for all ACA Adult recipients through the Medical Electronic Data Interchange (MEDI) System and electronically enter LTC admissions or other changes.
