By February 7, 2026: Developmental disability waiver providers must access the new Home and Community Based Compliance Portal through MES under the Care Management tile. Primary account holders must assign designees if needed and participate in mandatory HCBS reviews including documentation reviews, interviews, and setting tours. Attend DMAS training sessions in February 2026. Failure to participate may result in termination of Medicaid Provider Participation Agreement.
