Provider enrollments have been automatically updated and no action is required by providers.
Action Required
Before May 1, 2026: Verify provider enrollment in PRSS (Provider Services Solution) portal to confirm taxonomy codes have been automatically updated from 320600000X to either 324500000X or 3245S0500X as appropriate.
