Action Required
Before October 1, 2015: Long-term care facilities must complete conversion of all current resident ICD-9 codes to ICD-10 codes using the Medicaid Electronic Data Interchange (MEDI) system. Enter full ICD-10 codes without decimal points or spaces (example: enter E11.091 as E11091). Confirm codes are entered in correct fields.
