Action Required
Before October 1, 2015: Billing team must complete conversion of all current resident ICD-9 codes to ICD-10 codes using the Medicaid Electronic Data Interchange (MEDI) system. Enter full ICD-10 codes without decimal points or spaces (e.g., E11.091 should be entered as E11091). Verify ICD-9 and ICD-10 codes are entered into correct fields.
