Transportation providers must have procedure code A0430 (Air Ambulance, Fixed Wing) added to their provider file for claims processing. Claims will be rejected without this code in the provider enrollment system.
Action Required
By December 6, 2015: Transportation providers must contact Provider Enrollment Services at 1-877-782-5565 to add procedure code A0430 to their provider file. Providers can request back-dating to November 1, 2014. Claims will reject unless this code is identified in the provider file.
