Summary
Illinois Medicaid providers with multiple NPIs under the same TIN can now enter an optional Remittance Address in the IMPACT system to receive payments and remittance advices at a different location than the Pay To Address. This enhancement allows for more flexible payment routing for multi-provider practices.
Action Required
Illinois Medicaid providers only: If your practice has multiple NPIs under one TIN and wants payments/remittance advices sent to different addresses, log into the IMPACT Provider Enrollment system after December 12, 2015 and add optional Remittance Addresses in the 'Add Locations' step of the Business Process Wizard.
