Summary
Illinois Medicaid providers must complete revalidation in the IMPACT system by specific deadlines: Facility/Agency/Organizations by July 31, 2016, and all other providers by August 31, 2016. After October 1, 2016, new rendering/servicing providers (like EMTs, drivers, homemakers) will be required to enroll in IMPACT for the first time.

By July 31, 2016: Facility/Agency/Organizations must submit revalidations in IMPACT system. By August 31, 2016: All other providers must submit revalidations in IMPACT. After October 1, 2016: Enroll new rendering/servicing providers (EMTs, drivers, homemakers, etc.) when notified by the Department.
