Summary
Illinois Medicaid providers must complete enrollment revalidation in the IMPACT system by September 24, 2016, with submissions recommended by August 31, 2016. Failure to revalidate will result in automatic disenrollment on September 25, 2016, requiring providers to re-enroll as new providers with no retroactive enrollment allowed.
Action Required
By August 31, 2016: All providers must submit enrollment revalidation through the IMPACT system at http://www.illinois.gov/hfs/impact/. Contact IMPACT Help Desk at IMPACT.HELP@Illinois.gov or (877) 782-5565 for assistance. Failure to revalidate by September 24, 2016 will result in disenrollment from Illinois Medicaid on September 25, 2016.
