Summary
Illinois Medicaid requires all providers to revalidate their enrollment in the IMPACT system by September 24, 2016, with extended help desk hours available through September 23rd. Providers who fail to revalidate will be automatically disenrolled on September 25, 2016 and must re-enroll as new providers to continue billing Medicaid services.
Action Required
By September 24, 2016: All providers must submit enrollment revalidation through the IMPACT system at http://www.illinois.gov/hfs/impact/Pages/default.aspx. Contact IMPACT Help Desk at (877) 782-5565 or IMPACT.HELP@Illinois.gov for assistance. Failure to revalidate will result in automatic disenrollment on September 25, 2016, requiring re-enrollment as a new provider before submitting any future Medicaid claims.
