By April 30, 2017: Eligible providers who registered with CMS by March 13, 2017 must complete attestation for the 2016 Illinois Medicaid EHR Incentive Program. Contact hfs.ehrincentive@illinois.gov for support or call 217-524-7322. Providers who missed the March 13 CMS registration deadline cannot participate in the 2016 program year.
