Summary
Illinois providers must switch from email/password to IMPACT Single-Sign-on User ID and password to access the Illinois Provider Portal starting November 8, 2017. This affects pharmacy benefits management including prior authorizations, eligibility verification, and formulary access.
Action Required
By November 8, 2017: All authorized staff must switch to using IMPACT Single-Sign-on User ID and password instead of email/password to access Illinois Provider Portal. On first login, create three security questions for password reset. Registration emails will be sent to IMPACT Domain Administrators beginning November 13, 2017.
