Summary
Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services has finalized Medicaid reimbursement rates for school-based health services provided during FY2016. Local Education Agencies must access the Fairbanks website to review their calculated rates, and HFS will automatically repricing all 2015-2016 claims using these new rates.
Action Required
By April 27, 2018: Local Education Agencies providing Medicaid school-based health services should log into the Fairbanks website (contact 877-219-1343 for username) to review final calculated rates. If rates appear incorrect, submit requests for review with revised cost information to Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services Bureau of Program and Policy Coordination, 201 South Grand Avenue East, Springfield, Illinois 62763. No action needed for claim resubmission as HFS will automatically adjust previously filed claims.
