Summary
The Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services is extending enhanced payment rates for psychiatric services provided within Community Mental Health Centers (CMHCs) through June 30, 2019. Participating CMHCs, physicians, and Advanced Practice Nurses must continue following the October 19, 2016 billing instructions to receive these enhanced payments.
Action Required
Before June 30, 2019: CMHCs, physicians, and APNs providing psychiatric services must continue following the billing instructions from the October 19, 2016 Provider Notice to receive enhanced payments.
