Summary
Illinois is launching a new Intensive In-Home pilot program for children ages 3-21 with complex behavioral health needs, starting October 1, 2018. Only Community Mental Health Centers and Behavioral Health Clinics using specific assessment tools and team-based care models can provide these services.

For eligible providers only: If your practice is a Community Mental Health Center or Behavioral Health Clinic in Illinois using IM+CANS instruments, register for webinars by September 17, 2018 and contact hfs.cbh@illinois.gov for program details. Most billing teams can disregard this notice as it applies to specialized behavioral health providers only.
