Summary
The Illinois Department of Health and Family Services is reissuing the Handbook for Practitioners Rendering Medical Services without appendix documents. Individual Provider Handbook appendices are being eliminated and consolidated into a single Handbook Supplement to reduce duplication across 21 different handbooks.
