Summary
Illinois Healthcare and Family Services is introducing a new SharePoint site for Long Term Care providers to download advance payment application materials and submit rejected admission transaction reviews. Two WebEx training sessions are scheduled for June 7th, 2019 to demonstrate the new system.

LTC providers should register for one of the June 7th WebEx sessions (9:30am-10:30am or 11:00am-12:00pm) to learn how to access the new SharePoint site for advance payment requests and rejected admission transaction reviews. Contact Bureau of Long Term Care at 1-844-528-8444 with questions.
