Summary
Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services is implementing a new process requiring Long Term Care providers to designate a Primary Agency Security Administrator (ASA) to access the ABE Partner Portal. Each organization must have at least one approved Primary ASA who will manage user access and maintain records for all portal users.
Action Required
Long Term Care facilities only: Designate one employee as Primary ASA, have them create an account at ABE.Illinois.gov using Medicaid Provider ID, complete registration in SharePoint ASA Request site for HFS approval, then manage user access and maintain 1706P forms and photo IDs for all portal users.
