By February 28, 2020: Billing team must register for accounts on the new HFS Provider Resolution Portal via the HFS Managed Care Provider Resolution Webpage. For any Medicaid MCO disputes, first submit through MCO internal process, obtain MCO tracking number, then submit to HFS portal between 30-60 days after MCO submission. Use standard template for 2+ similar complaints (max 100 per template). Stop using the old portal after February 28, 2020.
