For future disputes: (1) Submit all issues to MCO internal dispute process first and obtain tracking number, (2) Wait 30-60 days before submitting to new portal, (3) Use standard Complaints/Claims-Issue template for 2+ similar complaints, (4) Include MCO tracking number and original submission date.
