Summary
During COVID-19, long-term care pre-admission screenings (PASRR, SLP Mental Health, and DON assessments) can now be conducted by phone instead of in-person, and post-admission screenings are allowed within 10 days. Providers can bill back to the requested admission date if post-screening is completed within 10 days.
