Summary
Illinois Healthcare and Family Services is extending the repayment start date for Long Term Care provider advance payments from April 15, 2020 to July 15, 2020. Providers who received advance payments must sign and upload an amendment to their repayment agreement on the LTC Exchange, with 12 monthly installments now ending June 15, 2021.

Only applies to Long Term Care facilities in Illinois who received advance payments in 2019: Sign and upload the amendment to your Advance Payment Agreement on the LTC Exchange to reflect the new repayment timeline starting July 15, 2020.
