Illinois has extended the due date for the April 2020 Hospital Provider Assessment from April 23, 2020 to April 30, 2020. The payment portal URLs have also changed, with new payments now processed through epayHOSPITALASSESSMENTS.illinois.gov instead of the previous inactive sites.

By April 30, 2020: Illinois hospital providers must pay the April 2020 Hospital Provider Assessment using the new portal at epayHOSPITALASSESSMENTs.illinois.gov. Update bookmarks and payment processes to use the new URL as www.epayillinois.com and www.illinoisepay.com are no longer active. Contact Provider Assessment Unit at 217-524-7110 with questions.
