Summary
Illinois temporarily suspended in-home shift nursing hour reductions for Medically Fragile Technology Dependent Waiver participants and Nursing and Personal Care Services Program enrollees during the COVID-19 public health emergency. Reductions will resume no later than 30 days after the emergency ends.

Once terminated, prepare to implement in-home shift nursing hour reductions for MFTD Waiver and Nursing/Personal Care Services participants within 30 days.
