However, providers should disregard these rejections as Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan will pay the entire claim without requiring submission to tango.

Immediately: Billing team must disregard rejection code B730 for Medicare Plus Blue home health claims with episodes starting before March 1, 2026 that continue into March. Do not resubmit these rejected March claim lines to tango - Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan will pay the entire claim. Only submit claims to tango when all claim lines have first date of service on or after March 1, 2026.
