Action Required

Action needed
Before April 2026: Billing and clinical staff should be aware that select Medicare Advantage diabetic patients may receive in-home visits through Sprinter Health that include retinal exams, A1c testing, urine screening, blood pressure checks, and other services. Expect to receive test results via Direct Trust electronic records or fax. No billing changes required as this is a covered benefit program, but staff should be prepared to discuss results with patients who participate in the program.
