Action Required
By June 2026: Primary care providers should encourage Medicare Plus Blue and BCN Advantage members who receive Cologuard kits to complete the screening. Staff should be prepared to receive test results via mail, fax, Epic Care portal, or by contacting Exact Sciences at 1-844-870-8870. Providers must be ready to follow up on positive results and discuss all results with patients.
