The due date for Illinois Hospital Provider Assessment payments for July 2020 has been extended again to August 18, 2020. The payment website has also changed from the old epayillinois.com and illinoisepay.com to a new URL at epayHOSPITALASSESSMENT.illinois.gov.
Action Required
By August 18, 2020: Illinois hospital providers must submit July 2020 Hospital Provider Assessment payments using the new payment portal at epayHOSPITALASSESSMENT.illinois.gov. Do not use the old epayillinois.com or illinoisepay.com websites as they are no longer active. Contact Provider Assessment Unit at 217-524-7110 with questions.
