Action Required

Action needed
By January 31, 2021: Providers currently certified for Mobile Crisis Response (MCR) and/or Crisis Stabilization (STA) services must complete mandatory training modules through the University of Illinois Provider Assistance and Training Hub (PATH) and the Crisis Response program approval process. Contact the Bureau of Behavioral Health at 217-557-1000 or HFS.BBH@illinois.gov for questions. Failure to complete the approval process will result in loss of certification to deliver MCR and STA services.
