Summary
Illinois HFS is introducing comprehensive community-based behavioral health services for children with complex needs, including High-Fidelity Wraparound, Intensive Home-Based Services, Respite, Therapeutic Mentoring, and Family Peer Support. The Integrated Health Home program is also being updated to target individuals with chronic conditions and social determinants of health needs.
