By November 30, 2020: Publicly owned transportation providers participating in GEMT must complete their transfer payments to HFS. Providers paying by check should email HFS.GEMT@illinois.gov to verify amounts and send payment to Bureau of Fiscal Operations. All GEMT providers must email their physical mailing address to HFS.GEMT@illinois.gov for future invoicing.
