By February 28, 2021: Eligible providers (physicians, nurse practitioners, dentists, optometrists) must complete Illinois Medicaid EHR attestation for 2020 program year to receive incentive payments. For 2021: Complete attestation between May 1 - August 31, 2021 with EHR reporting period June 2 - August 30, 2021. Contact hfs.ehrincentive@illinois.gov for support. This is the final opportunity for EHR incentive payments as the program ends after 2021.
