Summary
A system issue preventing LARC device add-on payments for APR-DRG 560 inpatient delivery claims has been resolved as of February 25, 2021. Providers must void and rebill any previously submitted claims that did not receive the proper LARC device add-on payment.

Immediately: Review all inpatient delivery claims with LARC device codes that grouped to APR-DRG 560 submitted before February 25, 2021. Void and rebill any claims that did not receive the LARC device add-on payment.
