Summary
The Illinois All Kids School-Based Dental Program registration is now open for the 2021-2022 school year running August 30, 2021 through June 30, 2022. Dental providers interested in participating must attend one of two informational conference calls on August 17, 2021 to learn about program requirements and new Team Up calendar requirements.

By August 17, 2021: Dental providers interested in the All Kids School-Based Dental Program must participate in one of two conference calls (9:00 AM or 1:00 PM) to review program requirements. Contact HFS Dental Program via email if unable to attend but still want to participate. Monitor for COVID-19 related updates that may affect the program.
