Summary
Illinois Medicaid providers must update their contact information in two areas of the IMPACT system by September 15, 2021. Each user must have a unique email address in the Single Sign-On portal, and provider enrollment contact information must be current to receive important communications about enrollment status and revalidation.
Action Required
By September 15, 2021: All staff using IMPACT must log in to IMPACT.illinois.gov and update their Single Sign-On profile with a unique email address (no shared emails allowed). Additionally, update contact information in the Basic Information section of provider enrollment through the Modification process. Failure to update will impact receipt of critical enrollment notifications and may cause login issues when the new Single Sign-On system launches.
