The Application for Benefits Eligibility (ABE) system and related portals will be unavailable from September 2-7, 2021 for planned upgrades. Long Term Care providers should delay submitting applications and uploading documents until the system is back online, or use the Central Scanning Unit fax (217-557-4965) for urgent submissions.
