Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services announced that Healthcare Transformation Collaboratives (HTC) applications will be accepted from October 1 through November 19, 2021, with up to $150 million available per fiscal year. Preparation materials including guides, FAQs, and webinars are now available to help providers prepare applications through the Amplifund online system.
