Staff must use the new 'Non-Coronary Vascular Stents' program name in e-referral system and complete InterQual Connect guidelines instead of the old Endovascular intervention questionnaire. Critical: Always click 'Complete' on final step - never click 'Save For Later' as this will cause requests to pend even when criteria are met.
