Summary
Illinois launched HealthChoice Illinois ADT, a technology platform that sends automated notifications to providers when their Medicaid patients are admitted, discharged, or transferred from hospitals and skilled nursing facilities. Providers enrolled in the IMPACT system can subscribe to receive these notifications to improve care coordination.
Action Required
By February 11, 2022: Illinois providers enrolled in IMPACT system who provide care coordination for Medicaid patients should complete the subscription survey at https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/XLX9JC6 to receive ADT notifications. Providers may attend the optional demo webinar on January 24, 1:00-2:00 PM Central. No immediate billing system changes required.
