Transportation providers only: Ensure all drivers and employee attendants complete safety training certification every three years through one of the five approved providers listed (CTAA, MedicarSafety.com Inc., Illinois Rural Transit Assistance Center, Southern Illinois University Carbondale, or Specialty Needs Transportation). This does not affect medical billing teams directly.
