Illinois Medicaid's IMPACT system is migrating to a new ILogin Single Sign-On authentication system with multi-factor authentication effective March 25, 2022. All users must have unique email addresses and complete a one-time account conversion, with the system being unavailable March 22-26, 2022.
Action Required
By March 25, 2022: All staff using Illinois Medicaid IMPACT system must update their profile with unique email addresses (no group emails allowed) and complete one-time account conversion to new ILogin system. Attend webinars on March 16 or 23, or use step-by-step guide on HFS website. Note: IMPACT will be unavailable March 22 6PM through March 26 11AM - plan accordingly for claims submission and verification.
