Summary
Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services has made available a template for Written Collaborative Agreements (WCA) that ABS Clinicians and Technicians can use to establish clinical relationships for providing Adaptive Behavior Support services. This is an administrative resource to help providers meet existing enrollment requirements for ABS services for children with autism spectrum disorder.

No immediate action required. ABS providers in Illinois may optionally download and use the HFS WCA template if needed for IMPACT enrollment, but can continue using any WCA that meets the stated requirements (professional relationship, services covered, and supervision arrangement).
