Summary
Illinois nursing facilities participating in the CNA Wage Subsidy program must submit updated employee information templates to calculate October-December 2022 wage subsidies. New providers must also complete enrollment forms.
Action Required
By September 30, 2022: Nursing facilities must complete pre-populated CNA employee experience templates and upload to LTC Exchange SharePoint site. First-time participants must also complete and sign CNA Pay Scale Enrollment Form. Contact HFS.LTC@Illinois.gov with questions.
