By April 18, 2023: Long-term care billing staff must attend the mandatory webinar at 10:00 a.m. to learn about resuming Medicaid renewals. Review redetermination forms, completion requirements, and submission processes through ABE Manage My Case and ABE Provider Portal. Establish workflows to assist patients with renewal forms to prevent coverage lapses.
